Kara DioGuardi is heading to Broadway!
The former American Idol judge will make her debut on the Great White Way in September.
Kara will join the Broadway cast of Chicago, taking over the starring role of Roxie Hart from Christie Brinkley(Renee Zellweger won a Golden Globe for playing the homicidal attention-hound on screen in 2002).
“I’m beyond excited,” Kara wrote on Twitter.
