Paris Hilton & Cy Waits split?

Paris Hilton‘s romance is on the rocks.

Sources say Hilton’s boyfriend, events promoter Cy Waits, is finding it difficult being in such a high-profile relationship.

“He finds it hard to be in the spotlight and [deal with] the attention and stress on the relationship that comes with it,” an insider told New York Post gossip column Page Six.

“They are done. She doesn’t want anyone to hold her back.”

Hilton recently admitted she lives in fear of stalkers.

“Just walking along the street or going anywhere or even just being on a signing you never know who is going to show up and what their intentions are,” she said.

“I’ve already had the guy trying to break in to my home with two huge knives so you just think, ‘What would he have done if he actually got in?’ I’m always thinking about that stuff.”
