Beyonce talks 4

Urban tart Beyonce has revealed the mystical reason behind the title of her new album.

The 29-year-old singer says she had no hesitation in calling her album 4 after realizing the special significance the numeral has in her life.

“We all have special numbers in our lives, and 4 is that for me,” she says. “It’s the day I was born. My mother’s birthday, and a lot of my friends’ birthdays are on the fourth. Also April 4 is my wedding date.”

Meanwhile, Beyonce’s record label, Columbia, fear the album will bomb after she refused to return to the studio to re-record new tracks, sources say.

“They’re very nervous about Beyoncé’s new record,” a source said.

“It doesn’t have the hit songs that her fans are used to. They asked her to make changes, but she said no.

“Beyoncé’s career has stalled a bit.

“Columbia seems to think they can get some mileage out of a comeback record with all of the girls.” Another source tells us Destiny’s Child could start recording together as early as October, with a suggested album title Family Reunion.”
