Owen Wilson likes to Ka-Chow

Owen Wilson has had to borrow from his Cars character just to prove to young fans he really is Lightning McQueen.

The Hollywood star says he has now adopted the movie car’s catchphrase as his own for those moments when he’s pulled over in public.

“I say Ka-Chow all the time now,” says Owen.

“It’s sort of because parents will say, ‘This is Lightning McQueen,’ and their kid just stands there, not even disbelieving, just more ‘What are you talking about?’ And then I’ll sort of Ka-Chow! to prove it.”

Wilson who became a father for the first time earlier this year recently admitted that changing a tire is easier than changing a diaper.

“Changing a flat tire is much harder. I thought changing diapers was going to be challenging, but from the first day, I jumped right into it,” he said.

“I have my whole system down and I’m able to just knock it out. I sort of surprised myself by being a fairly adept dad.

“It seems surreal that this tiny human being is now here and I’m thinking about all the great adventures he has ahead of him.

“I was thinking about how that’s the place you want to go to the most as a child, and the idea that my voice will be in this park is sort of incredible.

”One day I’ll take my kid there and to be a part of that ride will make me feel kind of proud.”
