Lindsay Lohan will not go to jail, rules judge

Lindsay Lohan will not be jailed for testing positive for alcohol, it has been declared. 
The Mean Girls actress was ordered to attend court this morning after testing positive on one of two tests administered last week. 
Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that Lohan had not violated the terms of her probation, asserting that the prior judge in Lohan's case had only required controlled substances testing from January 3 to February 25 - not alcohol testing,TMZ reports. 
"Lindsay Lohan is in compliance with the terms of her probation," said a spokesperson.
However, the judge did rule that Lohan be restricted to inviting only one friend at a time to her home for the duration of her house arrest. Furthermore, the judge stated that Lohan could not host any parties at her property. 
Judge Sautner went on to reprimand Lohan for holding a barbecue on the roof of her home on June 12, stating that the 24-year-old should take her house arrest more seriously. 
"You are guilty of extremely poor judgment," said Sautner. "House arrest is akin to jail."
The judge ultimately told Lohan to get her life under control, asserting that the actress's current behaviour will have consequences in the future. 
"Don't give people a reason to hate you. Don't do stupid things," said Sautner.
