Kelsey Grammer wants to have more children.
The 56-year-old actor never “tires” of his children and is hopeful his younger kids, Mason, nine, and six-year-old Jude who he has with fourth wife Camille can soon live with him and new wife Kayte Walsh.
“I’d like more kids. I never tire of them. My eldest daughter, Spencer, is expecting my first grandchild,” he said.
“Hopefully, my younger children will be able to live with me and Kayte soon. I’m working on it.”
Kelsey suffered a heart attack three years ago and admits his biggest fear is not being able to have a long life with Kayte.
“My day-to-day life is corny,” he said.
“Kayte and I play guitar. We love our dogs. My fear is that I won’t have another 40 years with my wife. I want to have a long life with her.”
The former Frasier star who married Kate in February, five months after she miscarried their baby regards parenthood as his biggest achievement and is always dismissive of his career successes.
“I love being a dad,” he gushed. “It’s the only thing I’m actually proud of. My work is a questionable pursuit for me. I always think, yeah, that was OK. I find some way to dismiss success.”
Kelsey has filed for sole custody of Jude and Mason and he and Camille are expected to appear in court in August to try and resolve the matter.
